Karen is a REALTOR® with EXIT Realty Polson. She comes to EXIT Realty Polson from a very rewarding career serving in the U.S. Army, as well as spending the last 20+ years supporting the Department of Defense as a government contractor. For most of her career she lived in the Washington, D.C. area, and the last two years she lived in Stuttgart, Germany. As a proud U.S. Army veteran, serving those who serve our nation and community are at the heart of her real estate career. Karen is a proud Homes for Heroes real estate specialist, giving back to those who serve our communities on the national and local levels (firefighters, EMS, law enforcement, military, healthcare professionals and teachers). Karen was born and raised in New York City and she’s proudly first-generation American. She moved to Montana for it’s Big Sky, beauty and slower pace. She’s also an avid hiker, a fitness instructor, a Team Beachbody Coach, snow shoer, animal/ nature lover and fiber artist. Her two children are both grown and doing amazing things. Karen and her partner, who is also a U.S. Army Veteran, live in St. Ignatius and have two fur kids. She has over 10 years of non-profit management experience, all which come from a variety of volunteerism, and currently volunteers at the Mission Valley Animal Shelter. She proudly serves on shelter’s Board of Directors, as well as a volunteer with the Polson Reads program in the Lake County elementary schools.
